WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

Our premium delivery service includes:

Available for orders over $2,500. Additional fees may apply for stairs, elevators, or difficult access.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Curbside delivery to your address. Customer is responsible for moving items inside.

Available for smaller items and accessories.

DELIVERY PREPARATION

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Measure doorways, hallways, and elevators
  • Clear the delivery path
  • Be available during the scheduled delivery window
  • Have someone present to receive the delivery
  • Inspect items upon delivery and note any damage

DAMAGE AND CLAIMS

If your furniture arrives damaged:

  • Note damage on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos of the damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Keep all packaging materials

We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
