1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the AFURNIX website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

AFURNIX provides luxury furniture and interior design consultation services. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due before delivery.

4. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on product availability and location. AFURNIX is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

White glove delivery and installation services are available for an additional fee.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom orders are final sale unless there are manufacturing defects.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6. WARRANTY

AFURNIX provides a limited warranty on manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or damage from accidents are not covered under warranty.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AFURNIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
